  112. compatible with 8MB RAM and at least 4MB of free hard drive space; you
  113. must have Windows 3.1 or later. CAC is distributed as a compressed
  114. archive, COLAID51.ZIP. To uncompress this archive, load it into a
  115. temporary directory. Then, use PKUNZIP or other utility to uncompress
  116. COLAID51.ZIP. NOTE: You probably have PKUNZIP installed on your
  117. computer already, but if not, it is shareware and may be downloaded at
